Every ViberNet plan is a 30-day prepaid cycle: you pay upfront, use the connection for 30 days, and recharge to renew. There are no bills, no due dates, and no late fees — if you don't recharge, the connection simply pauses until you do. Here is everything else you need to know.
Three ways to recharge
- Customer portal — log in at my.vibernet.in with your registered mobile number and pay via UPI, card, or net banking. The plan activates instantly.
- Any ViberNet store — pay by cash, card, or UPI at Lal Chowk, Rajbagh, or Hyderpora and walk out with a printed receipt.
- myViberNet app — launching soon on iOS and Android, with saved payment methods for 10-second renewals.
Changing plans
You can switch to any plan at every renewal — upgrade for a heavy month, downgrade for a light one. Pick the new plan while recharging and it takes effect immediately. Mid-cycle upgrades are also possible: call support and the difference is adjusted.
What happens if you forget
Nothing bad. Your account, settings, and equipment stay intact — the connection pauses at the end of the cycle and resumes within minutes of your next recharge. We send SMS reminders before your cycle ends.
Receipts and payment safety
Every online payment generates a receipt in the portal, and stores print one on the spot. Only ever pay through my.vibernet.in or at an official store — no ViberNet employee will ask you to transfer money to a personal UPI ID, and we never ask for OTPs. See the Important Alerts page for the full fraud-safety notice.
