ViberNet will never ask for your OTP
No ViberNet employee will ever ask you for an OTP, UPI PIN, full card number, CVV, or password — on a call, SMS, or WhatsApp. If someone does, it is a scam. Hang up and report it to us.
How to Pay Safely
- Only pay through the official customer portal at my.vibernet.in or in person at an official ViberNet store.
- Do not transfer money to personal UPI IDs or bank accounts claiming to be ViberNet staff.
- Field technicians never collect renewal payments in cash on behalf of ViberNet unless you receive an official receipt.
Verifying Genuine Communication
- Our official support number is +91 9186 103 794 and our official email addresses end in @vibernet.in.
- Offers that sound too good to be true (free yearly plans, lottery prizes, cashback for "verification") are not from ViberNet.
- When in doubt, call our support line directly before acting on any message.
Report Fraud
If you receive a suspicious call or message claiming to be from ViberNet, report it to support@vibernet.in with a screenshot if possible. You can also report cyber fraud to the National Cyber Crime Portal at cybercrime.gov.in or by dialling 1930.
