Opt Out of ViberNet Promotions
To stop receiving promotional calls, SMS, or WhatsApp messages from ViberNet:
- Email support@vibernet.in with the subject "DND Request" and your registered mobile number, or
- Call +91 9186 103 794 (Monday–Saturday, 9am–7pm IST) and ask to be added to our internal DND list.
Your preference is applied within 7 days. You will continue to receive essential service communication about your own connection — renewal reminders, outage notices, and technician visit updates.
TRAI National DND Registry
You can additionally register your number under TRAI's national Do Not Disturb preferences, which apply to all commercial senders in India:
- SMS START 0 to 1909 to block all promotional communication, or
- Use the TRAI DND 2.0 mobile app to set category-wise preferences.
Still Receiving Messages?
If you receive promotional communication from ViberNet after opting out, please forward it to support@vibernet.in so we can investigate and correct it.
