Important Notice

ViberNet wishes to clearly inform all customers and stakeholders that:

1. Not a Licensed ISP

   • ViberNet is not a licensed Internet Service Provider (ISP) under the Department of Telecommunications (DoT), Government of India.

   • We do not hold an ISP Category A, B, or C license.

2. Channel Partner of MultiFi Digital Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

   • ViberNet operates as an Authorized Channel Partner of MultiFi Digital Technologies Pvt. Ltd., which is a duly licensed Internet Service Provider under DoT.

   • All internet services, bandwidth, and IP resources are provided under the ISP license of MultiFi Digital Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

3. Our Role

   • At ViberNet, our scope is limited to:

     • Customer acquisition and onboarding.

     • Installation of Customer Premises Equipment (CPE).

     • Providing last-mile connectivity.

     • Routine network maintenance and field-level customer support.

   • We do not independently provide or operate internet services. Instead, we enable customer access to the licensed ISP’s network.

4. Customer Relationship

   • All subscribers connected through ViberNet are legally customers of MultiFi Digital Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

   • Payments made to ViberNet are collected on behalf of the licensed ISP.

   • Service obligations, data compliance, and lawful interception responsibilities remain with MultiFi Digital Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

5. Liability

   • ViberNet is not responsible for statutory ISP compliance obligations.

   • Our responsibility is limited to installation, network upkeep, and ensuring smooth customer support as per the scope of a channel partner.
